New York, NY — Written exclusively for the end credits of "SILO", the first feature film about a grain entrapment, Easton Corbin’s “The Only Life I Know” speaks to the lifelong commitment to working the land that so many farmers around the country demonstrate every day.
Now, the award-winning Country musician and the film’s producers are inviting farmers themselves to join the conversation.
Through a dedicated page on the SILO website, multigenerational farmers of all ages and backgrounds will be able to share their stories with the world, through submitted photos, videos, and written statements.
A selection of these materials will form the basis for a brand-new music video for “The Only Life I Know.” The result will be not just an audio-visual portrait of American farmers — it will also be a stirring testament to a nationwide multigenerational farming community.
The submission period for the campaign will run from June 28th through July 16th.The final video will be released later in the summer.
