The Midwest Ag Safety Director’s Association will return for its annual Safety Leadership Conference Jan. 4-6, 2022 at the Mid-America Conference Center in Council Bluffs, IA.
The 2022 theme will be “Leverage Your Influence – A Winning Strategy to Strengthen Safety Culture.”
The speakers will include:
• Candace Carnahan, a safety advocate who lost her leg at the age of 21 in a preventable workplace accident, speaking on “See Something, Say Something.”
• Ron “Gus” Gustafson, a safety advocate who lost his right arm in a childhood farm accident, speaking on “Turning Setbacks into Comebacks.”
• Michelle Ray, a speaker, entrepreneur, author, and educator focused on leadership and accountability skills, speaking on “Leading in Real Time.”
• Scott Mautz, author of Amazon No. 1 bestseller Leading from the Middle and other award-winning titles and former Procter & Gamble senior executive, speaking on “Increase Your Influence” and “Tools and Take-Aways.”
